In accordance with the Supreme Council's Brother to Brother program, we are enacting a Past Dues Amnesty program. If you pay the $100.00 dues for 2016, we will reinstate your membership. In the past, brothers were required to pay their past dues, but we are waiving those rules.

If you fill out the form and return it along with a copy of your blue lodge dues card and your check for $100.00, we will immediately reinstate you to active membership in the Chattanooga Scottish Rite. This offer is intended to make it easier for members to return who wish to support the great mission of the Scottish Rite.
